Our rules for using the Naveera platform responsibly.

Welcome to Naveera Tech

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Naveera Tech’s software platform, including our web application, driver mobile app, dispatch dashboard, data products, APIs, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using Naveera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

1. Who We Serve

Naveera provides technology for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) operations including routing, dispatching, scheduling, billing workflows, GPS tracking, telematics, and operational analytics.

Our platform is used by fleets, transportation providers, brokers, dispatchers, drivers, and healthcare-adjacent organizations.

You represent that you are authorized to use the Service on behalf of your organization.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

  • You must maintain accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
  • Organizations control admins, drivers, and permission settings.
  • Misuse or unauthorized access may result in suspension.

If you suspect account compromise, contact legal@naveera.tech immediately.

3. Location Tracking & Driver Consent

The driver app collects GPS and trip activity during work-related use.

Location enables dispatch visibility, routing, navigation, and audit history.

By using the app, drivers consent to location access while on duty.

4. Data Ownership

  • Customers retain ownership of operational data and trip records.
  • Naveera is granted a limited license to process data to operate and improve the Service.
  • We do not sell data.

Exports and deletion requests follow legal retention requirements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or scrape the platform
  • Attempt to bypass security or authentication
  • Misuse PHI or violate HIPAA obligations
  • Upload harmful content or run automated attacks
  • Use the service for unlawful or unsafe activity

Violations may lead to immediate account suspension.

6. HIPAA Compliance & Medical Data

We operate with HIPAA-aligned security standards such as encryption, access controls, and audit logging.

A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available on request.

7. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with providers such as maps, SMS, telematics, and cloud infrastructure.

We are not liable for disruptions caused by external vendors.

8. Service Availability

Uptime is prioritized but not guaranteed without a signed SLA.

We may perform maintenance or suspend service for security or misuse.

9. Billing & Subscriptions

Terms for paid plans will be defined upon purchase.

Non-payment or charge failure may restrict access.

10. Limitation of Liability

Naveera is not liable for:

  • Missed appointments or transport outcomes
  • Broker reimbursement decisions
  • Damage/loss caused by user error or third-party failures

Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

11. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time.

We may suspend access for violations or legal concerns.

Data export may be requested at termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as our platform evolves.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed under US law.

Disputes will be resolved via arbitration unless otherwise required.
